The Buying Process
Below is how our process works from your first phone call to bar installation. (Case study- Vicky’s Brasserie, Haslemere.)
Contact Ed
Send me an email or better still give me a call. We can talk through your ideas for your bar or I can give you some free advice. Within 30 minutes I will normally be able to give you a rough ball park figure on the cost of your bar so you know whether it is within your budget to have it built by us. If not I will speak with our building partners and come back to you. On agreement of a ball-park figure we will move to the next stage of design.
Receive a written quote
After Ed and the client have created a bar design (which takes as long as it takes) you will receive a descriptive written quote for the work we have agreed. On agreement of this written quote we require a deposit of 25% to be paid. (NB payment terms may differ for commercial projects depending on the size of the project.)
Drawings are produced
The team then gets to work on incredibly accurate CAD drawings. These are then shared with the client for comment. Once we have perfected the design alongside the client and the drawings are signed off we require a further 25% deposit. (NB payment terms may differ for commercial projects depending on the size of the project.)
We get to work on the build
Materials are now put on order and you will have an installation target date. Once we receive delivery of the materials we get to work on the build at at the Timber Technology workshop.
One week before installation
Before we install with you we require 45% of the remaining balance to be paid. (NB payment terms may differ for commercial projects depending on the size of the project.)

Our team will be on site with you to install your bar. They are highly skilled craftsman who will make sure every aspect of your bar installation is perfect.

After your installation is complete it’s time for you to celebrate and have a drink around your bar. We will send you the final balancing invoice for the last 5% of the build. It’s goodbye from us and we wish you years of happiness and making memories around your bar!
