Ed & Becs Spice

Ed and Becs Spice have spent the whole of their working life in the hospitality industry. Over the last 18 years they have run three successful food led country pubs and own a bar.

Barred was setup during the first lockdown to use Ed’s skills in bringing well planned bars to people homes. This has expanded into offices and commercial venues who can also use Ed and Bec’s consultancy arm to advise with the setup and running of their hospitality business.

Becs started working in pub kitchens at the age of 14. She worked her way up to Head Chef and has been in charge of kitchens since. She’s well versed in health and safety and food hygiene and is proud to have always received 5 star ratings for every kitchen she has been involved with.

Luke Handley - Timber Technology

Luke is owner and director at Timber Technology Limited, a bespoke joinery company based in Fleet, Hampshire.

Timber Technology was established in 2015 by Luke Handley, “our passion for precision and meticulous attention to detail has driven us to become a trusted name in the industry. With our dedicated workshop and team of highly skilled carpenters we will transform your ideas into reality.”

Timber Technology offer ‘premium bespoke carpentry and joinery services to homes and businesses across the South East, UK and are pleased to work with Ed and Becs to create stunning residential and commercial bars and hospitality spaces.
